Mike Richards, OxyContin and the Termination of His Contract

Earlier this week, I wrote in general terms why the L.A. Kings would face a tough time upholding the termination of Mike Richards’ contract. In light of new developments, it just became a lot harder for the Kings to succeed at arbitration should the NHLPA file a grievance (which seems inevitable).
