Today's Wagner Decision Encourages an Obama Order on Campaign Contributions by Federal Contractors

Today’s federal appellate decision in Wagner v. FEC upholds a key law against the worst federal contractor campaign contributions. Equally important, going forward, it encourages a much-discussed Executive Order to broadly require contractor disclosure of all political spending.
