Tunisia launches manhunt for attack accomplices, British death toll expected to rise
The student who massacred holidaymakers on a Tunisian beach and at a swank resort hotel acted alone during the attack, but had accomplices who supported him beforehand, an Interior Ministry official said Sunday.
Police were searching nationwide for more suspects after the slaughter of at least 38 people in Sousse on Friday, in Tunisia's deadliest ever such attack. The attacker's father and three roommates were detained and being questioned in the capital, Tunis, Interior Ministry spokesman Mohamed Ali Aroui told The Associated Press.

Shots fired at San Francisco Pride event leave 1 injured, reports say
A shooting at a Pride event at the United Nations Plaza in downtown San Francisco Saturday has left at least one person injured, according to media reports.
Police confirmed to Mashable shots were fired at the event and the injured victim, according to news reports, has been taken to the hospital.

Pro-Confederate flag protesters rally in South Carolina and Alabama
Confederate flag-waving protesters crowded the steps of the South Carolina Statehouse in Columbia on Saturday, hours after an activist named Bree Newsome briefly removed the controversial flag and was arrested immediately afterwards.

British and Irish victims named in Tunisia hotel attack

The names of British and Irish victims were revealed Saturday in a terrorist shooting at a Tunisian beach resort that left at least 39 dead and dozens more injured.
The British foreign office has confirmed at least 15 Britons were among the dead, making the attack the deadliest act of terrorism against the British people since a series of subway bombings racked London nearly a decade ago. That number may rise as more information about the victims surfaces

While the product sounds like a gimmick — can't lightbulbs just be lightbulbs anymore? — Astro CEO Shaun Springer said it's part of an effort to eliminate the need for devices that take up space and power outlets.
