This Week, the House Spends A Low-Profile $96 Billion on Military "Wish Lists" of Unneeded Weapons

Starting this week, the House of Representatives' armed services committee will write the FY2016 spending bill ("defense authorization"). Unleashed from past constraints, it has gotten a $96 billion "below-the-radar" fund for spending even beyond its quite generous $523 billion regular money.
