LONDON — Labour Party leader Ed Miliband was set to launch an attack on UK Prime Minister David Cameron Friday saying the current migrant crisis in the Mediterranean is a direct result of the lack of a post-conflict plan in Libya.
More than 800 people drowned in a shipwreck on Saturday off the coast of Libya in the deadliest migrant boat sinking incident ever recorded in the Mediterranean.
