9 dead after argument between rival biker gangs ends in shootout, but death toll may rise

Police say nine are dead and multiple people have been injured after gunfire erupted between as many as three rival biker gangs at a Central Texas restaurant.

Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton told KWTX-TV there were "multiple victims" in the shooting shortly after noon Sunday adjacent to Interstate 35. While he did not yet have an official head count, he said there were hundreds of bikers at the scene involved in the shooting.
