
SurveyMonkey CEO Dave Goldberg, the longstanding, respected figure among Silicon Valley's elite, died suddenly on Friday evening. Details surrounding his death have remained unclear, but new reports suggest he collapsed while exercising at a private resort in Mexico.
Reports from Re/code and the New York Times cite sources close to the family, although the cause of his death has yet to be publicly announced.
