JD.com Buys 10% Stake In China Software Firm Kingdee For $171 Mln

JD.com, the Chinese online direct sales business led by Internet billionaire Richard Liu, has agreed to buy a 10% stake in Chinese software firm Kingdee International Software Group, Kingdee said in a statement today.
